If anybody tell me, I don’t believe it!

Yes, Sneak Peek in MAX is fantastic and amazing, it gives us what the Adobe future will be!
They will integrate C and C++ on Flash, they expan Fireworks and we could create layout for RIA and compile them into Fireworks for Flex or AIR, we could customize with Flash Lite OS of phones, we’ll have new algoritms to resize images, we can integrate an SWF file into a PDF file, we could use inDesgin Server to populate master page made by inDesign and so more!

Second day at MAX and Thermo is alive!

Yes my friends! Thermo is alive, it’s a great and powerful tool for designer that could create interaction in RIA.
In fact you could import Photoshop layout and choose what layers come in Thermo and then transform this object in Flex component like a list or a textInput.
It’s amazing! I’ve no words to describe this new software!

Kevin Lynch doesn’t tell us when Thermo will be outside, but he thinks to communicate in next months…

So then we take a look at new projects that Adobe are approaching like Share or Cocomo, that’s incredible and fantastic new tools that they launch in 2008.

Also they announce new software roadmap; in fact at the begininng of 2008 we will use Flex 3 and AIR, I’m so exciting!
What a big MAX!

Adobe MAX: first day!

First day at Max is amazing!
In general session Adobe presents Flash Player 10 with a lots of cool features like text API implementation, 3D API implementation and new Filters API for new runtime effects.

New DevCenter area in Adobe site is well organized and so easy to search articles or tutorials about our favourite technology.

They present also great AIR application and with a lots of cool features, in fact they release in labs.adobe.com new AIR BETA version, AIR ROCKS!

Seminars are so interesting, this year there is a big interesting on Flex and AIR and a lots seminars too on those technologies.

What a GREAT EVENT! ADOBE ROCKS!

October… the events month

Yeah October will be the events month, there are a lots of big appointments, so I’ll partecipate at Adobe Max in Chicago, then I’ll go to SMAU like speaker with Andrea Trento, so another great event the Flex Camp in Milan with a lots of great national and internation speaker, then I’ll go to From A to WEB, it’s a must for me, since 2004 I go there every year!

But I don’t finish here, also in October with Let’s course I’ll present all news that I’ll see at Chicago MAX and in the first days of November I’ll go to Flash on the beach 2007!

So for impressions or reports of any those events, come in this blog!

20 days to Adobe Max

Less than a month and Adobe Max will start!

For me will be the second time at this event, the first one was a magic week in Las Vegas, but this year Max appears better and with a lots of activities, not only during the event, but also in the evening and other days!
More way to share own ideas or skills with other developer or designer, there will be a great relax area: AIR park!

So this year I’ll take part of a pre-event session on AIR and I’m sure that is a great opportunity to grow own skills on this technology.
In my Max schedule I’ll take part of a lots of Flex and AIR seminars, I see that there are more seminars about those technologies and this is another signal of Adobe believe in those technologies and which is future impact in the global market and in developer world.

20 days to Max…what a great event!!!

Mobile Camp in London

Via Matt I read that on 29th and 30th September in London, it will be a mobile Bar Camp for designers and developers and they’ll speak about flash lite, symbian, windows mobile, iphone and so on.

This I think when I saw new multimedia and interaction advertising campaign of Ecko!
So via Bluetooth you can paint up on a touch screen wall, that’s amazing idea.

Nokia opens doors for Windows live!

Nokia stipulate a contract with Microsoft to deliver Windows live service in some S60 phones (N73, N76, N80, N93i, N95) and in future deliver it in S40 also.

So you could use Windows Live services like Messenger or Live Search or Live Spaces or Hotmail, a great group of Microsoft services on your handset.

For now there are only a few country that can use it, but list are update very frequently.

Interesting PDF on Flex 2 and AS 3

Surfing on web I find this guide to write good code with Flex 2 and Actionscript 3.

I take a look to it, that’s so interesting to create a good and useful code, so anybody could understand your code with this simple rules.

Zinc CS3 SWC Beta

Multidmedia announces the Beta release of swc with MDM API for Flash CS 3 and Flex 2 that you find in devlabs.
It works only on Windows, but in the final release will works with both OS (Win and OS X).

This new SWC grants access to the {mdm}Script API for Flash CS3 Developers. The new SWC is still in beta whilst the final remaining issues are resolved, but provide developers access to {mdm}Script functions from within Flash CS3.

In the next few weeks, Multidmedia will announce new information about Pandora project, so stay tuned!
